These terms
By placing an order on Crufitures by Karine you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy. If something here does not suit you, contact us at karine@crufiture.mu before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in MUR and, where value-added tax applies, already include it. We take payment when you place your order, through our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate. If an item is priced or described wrongly, or is no longer available, we may decline the order and refund you in full rather than supply it.
Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract comes into being when we confirm the order and, for physical goods, hand it to the courier. We will tell you by email at each step.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, returns by our returns policy and cancellations by our cancellation policy. In short: you have 30 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an item, and we cannot refund an order more than 60 days after it was placed.
Your rights as a consumer
Mauritian consumer protection law gives you rights when you buy from us, including when goods are defective or not as described. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If you are buying from outside Mauritius, your local consumer law may give you further rights.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version published when you placed your order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of Mauritius.
